A Directory/Resource of Mod & Scenerio design 'stuff'?

Following on from my Directory of Playable Mods & Scenarios Sticky:

Trawling through the forums, there is wealth of 'lessons learnt', 'how to...', sources for 3rd party design/graphic software etc., 'tried-n-tested scripts/functions/parameters/new graphics and so on. Plus most (if not all Modders) regard their 'stuff' as 'open source'.

Plus of course, Playable Mods & Scenarios, highlight new and different approaches and successful 'products'.

However, one problem (of many 'opportunities') is that these resources are split mainly between the Scenario Design and Modders Corner channels, with some appearing in Tech Support and BA Main). For a budding Modder, or indeed perhaps an established Modder, I can see only benefits from creating such a Directory especially as we head into the BA2 space.

The purpose of this Post are various and by no means limited.
- Buy in?
- Suggestions/views as to format? By format I mean that in my (perhaps simplistic) view, such labels as scrips, functions, parameters, graphics, modelling, 'tried and tested' empirical i.e. playable evidence and so on have a natural hierarchy in terms of subject and sub classes - if so, this suggests to my mind a document/PDF with accessible structured links via a restricted one topic Sticky across all channels. Pip did suggest a Wiki type format.
- The establishment of a protocol which details how the Scenario Design and Modders Corner are populated re Forums/Threads eg Scenarios Design details built and playable Mods & Scenarios while Modders Corner is re Modders technical questions/issues. Modders Corner Forums/Threads explicitly and clearly state a solved question with Modder relevant details.

Any thoughts?
