0.16.0 oddness

Just had selected a few units to attack grid 7,19 where an enemy yellow unit was. Units had no turns left so was to take effect on next turn. A non enemy (green) unit was 1 hex away - during their turns, the yellow moved away, the green moved onto the grid and my troops attacked, the green retaliated and my units returned fire to kill it. Green faction did not declare war, and seems to have no effect on diplomacy. Save game for 1 turn before and immediately after are attached with logs.

Game was updated to 0.16.0 last night (am EST time zone) and then again with 17 more updates this evening - this is most current build out as of right now.
