    Added:
    * Game option to set the amount of revealed research tiers.
    * New ruin rewards.
    * Missing device icons.
    * Missing save / load panel images.

    * Increased sell modifier from 25% to 50%.
    * Increased default amount of revealed research tiers from 1 to 2.
    * Initial base population limit reduced from 16 to 8.

    * All watercrafts are now heavy units.
    * Doubled constant resource gain for resource buildings from +1/+2/+4 to +2/+4/+8.
    * Doubled ruin and hive credits rewards.
    * Minor tweaks to native alien species and aggression timings.
    * Significantly faster world creation.
    * Smoother movement animations.
    * The first colonist of a non-capital city is now allocated to production.
    * Updated engine OS backend.
    * Moved credits buildings to the middle of each era.
    * Moved raze city button below the city name.
    * Tweaked squad formations.
    * Tweaked diplomacy AI.
    * Tweaked language strings.

    Fixed:
    * AI not using armors and operations.
    * Units automatically dying when below 5% health.
    * Only one report per turn being displayed.
    * Report sound not playing at the same time as the panel is shown.
    * Terraforming advancement not working.
    * Incorrect weapon refit cost calculation.
    * Drop lists showing wrong hints.
    * Crash due to automatic unit cycling.
    * No ground explosions shown for attacking units.

    Removed:
    * Special unit tier modifiers.

I got two times a +2 rank-reward from water ruins to a sea-transport. After the unit moves on land and back to sea the rank of the transport was drop back to the lowest rank. Is it intentionally that sea-transports received rank rewards? And loose these rank after the moving on land and back to sea?

* AI not using armors and operations.

Finally. The AI might be able to do anything now. I'll give the game a try again.
