Hi,

I have a game - #165463 - Battle of Coutras, that will not load. I get an error message when I try.

Note:
a) I had this problem a while ago with another game. The problem went away when the player claimed the game after 30 days.
b) I just got a helpful message from you:

Probably it's a corrupted game save. We can only delete it from your account.

Regarding your second issue, that's a warning message, that indicated that you have redownloaded some turns multiple times. Are you having issues with your Internet connection?

Thank you for looking at it. Do go ahead and delete the game.

I did have a slight internet interruption - that could have caused the message.

The game was deleted.
