So yeah, I have a 2.0.7 version installed hoping to get back into BA but neither of the patches will work "missing files, or wrong version"

Reinstall is advised but I have no backup or obvious way to re download, just want to know the easiest solution. Still have my serial n order no just in case.

To get the base installer just contact support@slitherine.co.uk and then apply the patch to that.
