So we have these before/after Combat Details that for the most part make absolutely no sense to me. Some things are explained in the manual, but a lot things are not.

Dice roll: +2? What is that supposed to mean? Initiative vs Effective Initiative? I have no clue....sigh. What's up with all the dice rolls and all the colors, how does that translate in 4 killed 4 suppressed and why does the opponent have a 1 suppressed with a 42? I know what entrenchment is but what on earth is Entrenchment/2: +2? And how do all these numbers like 2 and 4 translate to the end result of the battle? And what is effective attack? And how should I read Miss: 40, Suppress: 11%, Kill:49%? And the list of questions goes on and on.

So I decide to check the manual which only has an small explanation of about 60 words that is not helping me in any way.

Then I decide to use the forum's search and search for all topics on the Panzer Corps forum that have "combat details" in their title and that gives me zero results.

So I decide to Google for: "Panzer Corps" "Combat Details", which gives me only 31 results that don't help me either.

Needless to say that I'm getting annoyed right now.

There is no excuse for the developers not to pay more attention to this in the manual, it's a total disrespect for customers like me who bought the complete game, all the DLCs and Afrika Korps, not to mention that it doesn't take more than a day to document the Combat Details a lot better than they've done so far and I haven't even started about the serious lack of good documentation about much of the new advanced settings. Why, why, why????

It's rather disappointing and that's the last thing I'm going to say about it.

The post on the matrix forum isn't up to date anymore, somehow I cannot log in anymore on that forum so can't update it.

I believe there once was an initiative to make a detailed manual available online but I haven't heard anything from that in a long time.

A whole lot of information is available on this forum (and with a lot of input from the dev's aswell) but it's all over the forum. The FAQ does have most of the links though!
