What does this tech do? I researched it, but can't figure out how it works.

It didn't seem to give formers any new abilities when I researched it.

Same with me. I saw no new abilities, and I was specifically looking forward to the "improving Ecoregion".

Thanks for pointing it out. An attribute's name was wrong in the xmls. Will be fixed in the next version.
