Slitherine

I am trying to load the rules book into my eReader, but it glitches out on file 12 of 37. It is now in a permanent loop where it tries to load file 12, fails and then tries again.

I have tried uninstalling my antivirus software and disabling my firewall to no effect. Even uninstalling the eReader does not seem to work - when you re-install it starts off at the same place again.

I am using a Dell Dimension PC running current version of Windows 7 with MSSE.

Sorry you are having problems. Do you mean the PC application of the reader bought from our store?

The problem is with the eReader. It will not complete loading the rules book, but becomes hung up on file 12 of 37.

Incidentally, this is a genuine copy of the eRules purchased from the Slitherine web store.

I passed this on to the dev team and they said they were contacting you so is this all sorted now?

All sorted out now.

In case anyone experiences this, it will apparently need the new version (dunno which version number ) of the reader to fix.

I am experiencing exactly the same problem. Same file number as well, file 12 of 37. The PC ereader I'm using is v2.0.3. Is there a later one and if so where can it be downloaded from.
