FIRE IN THE WEST
The Western Roman Empire is near to collapse and the borders are no longer secure. Ferocious Barbarian tribe’s battle to stake a claim on the weakened Roman colonies of Europe. There can be only one supreme commander and Rome will be the prize.

Rules for the tournament
Each player will use a 500pt army. Double moves and fog of war to be set.
Matches are to be played in 2 weeks
Mirror matches you will use your opponents army in a paired match Example Player 1 uses Gepid player 2 uses Lombard. So player 1uses Lombard and player 2 Gepid in the mirror match. These matches are to occur simultaneously.
Points to be awarded
4pts for a win. 2pts for a contested draw. 1pt for an agreed draw.
Players may use Allies.
Terrain to be set to very open, open or mixed

Early Vandal
Early Anglo Saxon
Franks
Gepid
Western Hunnic
Early Visigothic
Early Ostrogothic
Early Alan
Foederate Roman Eastern

Armies will be drawn randomly once I have 10 players and announced when competition starts.

Ok This is a mirror match tournament to be played simultaniously. This means when you issue a challange you do so with your army and your opponents army. So if you were Early Anglo Saxon and your opponent Gepid ,then you would post a challange with both armies.Your opponent would therefore use the 2 oppsite armies to the challange.Hope this is straight forward if not let me know?The rules are at the start of the thread so please read through them before you start.
