Slitherine

I have found that you can not repair units from Bulgaria or Romania. Is this intentional? I also discovered that you can NOT rail units down into that area in case one of those countries gets into a bind from a push from the Russians. Any reason for this too? I find it odd that Bulgaria and Romania are the only two countries that i cannot get to via rail.

I dont think that is the case, I know you can repair and rail both Bulgarians and Rumanians.

If I remember well, I was able to repair Rom and Bul units (with german production points). Axis minors have their own manpower. Also I were able to rail transport them. Keep in mind that you can't rail if your too deep in enemy territory.
