Can we change the speed and 'heaviness' of the rain effect?
Or is it just 'on' or 'off'?

Are there any weather effects other than rain and snow?

The density if fixed IIRC. And no other weather types in BA. It's not really something we can hook up to a script either as the poly counts etc are somewhat of a touchy feely thing
