0.15.0 Crashes when opening City Screen

I have had 3 crashes since updated to 0.15.0, where with 0.14.5 Pandora never crashed. All of the crashes were when opening the city screen. I can go back to a save and open the city sometimes, so it is not consistent. Logs attached.

Same problem here. Didn't have it with version 14.5. Saved game file attached. City in hex 15,32 crashed currently every time I try to open the city screen.
