NO ONE IN LOBBY USERS,I CANT HOST OR JOIN A NEW GAME

I've moved your posts to the Tech Support forum for discussion, since they're not really 'looking for an opponent' type posts.

You do need to have an opponent in the lobby before you can host or join a new game. You click the name of your opponent in the lobby user list, then click the 'Host' or 'Join' buttons below the user list to offer them a game. If there is no one else in the lobby at the time you're connected, you can wait or post a 'looking for opponent' message to the lobby forum.
