I noticed an odd thing while playing the Entente in the 1915 scenario. Italy entered the war in December of 1915, and had a greatly reduced army (in comparison with what they enter with in the 1914 scenario). Basically, the Italian enter the 1915 scenario with only two infantry armies, one in Milan and one in Venice, two garrisons, one in Rome and one in Taranto, the blimp in eastern Italy, and the battleship in Taranto. And that's it. 6 units.

What's more, they begin with their manpower in the red and a morale of 33%. Not at all like their entry in the 1914 scenario!

Had another odd thing happen in the 1918 scenario as the Entente. On turn 1, before I even get a chance to play, I got a message that Serbia surrenders. After the CP move, I notice that about 4 hexes in south Albania have gone neutral (ie Serbia), and the French and Italian garrisons that had been holding that section of the line have been removed, and it looks like they are now entering as reinforcements.
