It's been explained but I can't find where.

I reinstalled and want to unlock all the campaigns.

Open OPTIONS.TXT in My Documents/My Games/BBCBA. Change the value on the CAMPAIGNS line to 255 and save the file. Now run the game and all should be unlocked and wonderful .
