I notice that the experience level for units is reduces to 325. What is the fun in this. You work hard to build up all these elite units through the other years then your experience cap drops. I hate to say it but this seems to go against the main spirit of what Panzer general is suppose to be. Your core is suppose to be an elite unit.

From what I remember thsi is only true for new units. Your old ones will not have reduced XP suddenly, it's just the cap that changes,

you should search the forums. One of the devs/slitherine guys gave a more detailed explanation for the reasoning behind this,
