I'm looking for any information, graphics, 3D models that you can give me ....
For the 1967 war, some icons are already in the game... But seriously, I have access to quite a few military history books, and a large bookmark collection. So there should be something usable in there somewhere. Are there any specific subjects that you want me to look for first? And although I don't do anything with 3D models, in case I come across any, what formats can you use?

Hi ThvN,
Thank you for your interest in my mod ...
I know that some units already exist, but I will make new versions
with proper camouflage ...
I think starting with the year 1973,
with scenarios both in the sinai in the Golan Heights ....
For 3D models, any traditional format may agree as to are pretty good models .....

But can you please make the sea and the river more "blueish"? I don´t like the green sea and rivers!

Now I found my 2 years old M48A3 (Bundeswehr Camo only rough textured !) for Modern War Corps - but with the UVMapper you can create so mutch better detailed textures.
I can do some new 3D Officers for your project:
Here you can buy an very low price M48A5:

Hello Fred, very nice models! I have been trying to dig up usable online info about the 1973 war, a lot of what I have is probably too specific (military analysis reports) for your mod, maybe the entry wikipedia is better. Still, this list contains links to pdf's with military analysis papers:
http://www.au.af.mil/au/aul/bibs/yomkw/ykip99.htm I have access to a lot of Osprey books, including a couple on Arab-Israeli conflicts, but these are not available online to read, sadly. So if you have specific questions, let me know, I might dig up some answers.
Some notes about the tanks you posted:
AMX-13: used the same gun as the M-50 Sherman (75mm based on that from the German WW2 Panther), IDF had about 60 when 1956 war started, and all the AMX-13's were phased out in 1969 and sold off. During the 1960ies, the IDF also used a dozen AML-90 Panhard armoured cars; they were used on the Jordanian front during 1967. They weren't popular.
Centurion: first delivered to the IDF in 1959, from 1963 on the 20-pdr gun was replaced by 105mm. In 1970 a second round of upgrades started, new engine & new transmission. For the 1973 war, note that the Centurion (Sho't) was used on the Golan Heights, and the M48 Patton/M60 (Magach) was intended for Sinai duty. The Centurion was more fit to handle the rocky terrain, and the fleet was stil being modernized, so there would be different versions during 1973; with Meteor engines, or the newer diesel engine/transmission.
M48/M60: During 1967 there were a lot of unupgraded M48 versions about. The upgraded 'Magach 3' was the most common variant during 1973, the M60A1 was just being introduced before that war. Some info about the M48 Patton tanks and the IDF versions:
http://www.patton-mania.com/IDF_Pattons ... ttons.html Note that the engines varied a lot between the M48A2 and A3 models.
I'm not good at searching for 3D models, however I stumbled upon this free ZSU-23-4,
http://archive3d.net/?a=download&id=b657d2dd I didn't know if you already have a model for it or not.

ThvN,
Thank you for all the info .... some will help me ....
I have a lot of documents on the period and the OOB for the main armed forces.
According to some sources,
there were Amx-13 with a 105mm gun,
and some were still in service during the period 67-73, mainly in the sinai ....
---> Dumnorix :
I know that the AMX-13 is not at scale ...
in fact I made a 2d rendering to the maximum picture size in order to have the greatest possible détails,
I will scale it when I have modeled all the vehicles...

Where is this mentioned, haven't seen that before? The AMX-13 wasn't well liked by the Israeli's, and although they started upgrading their Shermans with the French 105mm as soon as possible (1962?), I saw no mention of trying it with the AMX-13. After the Six-Day War (1967), all remaining AMX-13's were issued to reconnaissance units and phased out, they were sold to Singapore in 1969. BTW, I know about user experiences with the AMX-13 105mm gun tank, as it was used in The Netherlands. With the trouble the Dutch had with it, I doubt the Israeli's would have been very happy with it.
What is possible, but that is just a theory, is that those 105mm AMX tanks you mention are in fact the SP Artillery 'M50' AMX models with 105mm howitzers
http://www.chars-francais.net/new/index ... &Itemid=36. There were 60 of those delivered prior to 1956, and one reference states they still had 40 in use in 1967, mostly in the Sinai.
They would have been very slow to phase out, as the IDF was very negligent in upgrading their artillery, and they might not have been sold off like the tanks, but kept until replaced. So they would have been used during the War of Attrition, making a reference to a 105mm AMX in the Sinai very plausible, but it probably wasn't the tank model. That theory would make more sense than upgrading a tank they thought was obsolete and had decided to replace as soon as possible. But I cannot rule it out.

Nick - I saw you post the Centurion model over at the Flashpoint Campaign forums. I was wondering where you were hiding that.

it is a modification of a free 3d model found on the net, initially it is a Olifant tank of the South African army.
