Slitherine

Thanks for allowing us to build roads in forests. Now able to connect cities better. There is a quirk in the system, however. If I build a forest and then build a road, everything works fine. If, however, I build a road first, I am unable to build a forest in the hex. Nothing major once you figure out the mechanics, but it is a little weird.
