About SP and static guns

SP guns are given a similar behavior that a tank, and even if this could be modded, maybe should/could be improved in BA itself.
For example, a STUG, is not different, in BA, to a tank, I saw many situations where they move and fire with the same accuracy as a tank, or they rotate to fire to a target as it has no moved, and this is not very real, is not the same think rotate a turret with the vehicle static, or to have to move all vehicle to be able to fire. So, (in my opinion) SP should be very penalized if they move (maybe not firing at all).
Another think is happening with the Priest and similar, for example, you can indirect fire (IF) over any target, and kill a tank or a SP with the IF, but if you move the Priest, the IF is gone, and you can't direct fire to a tank, but yes to an infantry, why?, the Priest always fire the same kind of HE no?.
Static guns (75mm, 88, 17pdr, etc.) are killed too easily, they count has 1 man, so a hit kills the gun. For example with a gold shoot you just kill a man in a us_30cal_MG, but you kill a complete 88mm (I think 5-8 crew).
Often a tank attacking the a SP kills the gun with a hit that would kill only 1 man in a infantry squad.
