So...what rules are people using to convert things like campaign attrition, fatigue, losses from earlier battles etc etc onto the tabletop?

eg a Division has taken 20% losses in a previous battle....how to represent this on the tabletop for the next?

In our 1813 campaign, to keep it simple, everything was points based, so if you lost 20% of your strength you had to redo your army list with 20% fewer points. Occasionally I would specify what type of troop the 20% had to come from if they'd been most involved in the battle.
