First impressions (1h of play)

It was hard to stop playing Pandora after an hour (Just one more turn!), but I have to get up early again tomorrow.
Factions have distinct features, seem to be well-balanced at first glance.
*I humbly suggest adding [M] as short-cut key for moving units around*
The ability to customize units is splendid, a welcome addition to the genre.
I was surprised to see units can move over mountains (being a Civ-player); somehow this doesn't seem 'natural'.
Cities appear to lack a garrison, units have to be stationed inside to defend.
This forces the player to spend more production on defense in the initial turns of the game.
Which is a pity (imho), since this takes away speed.
I will post more asap
