Issue when updating/launching the game

The laptop I use for gaming (Lenovo Y580, Windows 7 64 bit) won't update/launch the game:
"Pandora [Updater] has encountered a problem and needs to close. Please contact support."
- Downloaded and installed twice
(Small note on the uninstaller: Pandora Beta map and submaps aren't removed)
- NVIDIA-drivers are fully up-to-date
- Windows Firewall disabled
- Excluding Pandora.exe, PandoraServer.exe and PandoraUpdater.exe in Panda Antivirus Pro 2013 didn't help (fully disabling PAV also didn't help)
Please find the logs + dxdiag attached.
On my work laptop (HP ProBook 4540s, Windows 8 64 bit) updating/launching gives me no trouble at all.
Which is great, because now I can really start beta-testing!
I will install on a 3rd laptop (Acer Aspire 5742G, Windows 7 64 bit), to find out whether it will update/launch.

Acer Aspire 5742G (Windows 7 64 bit) has the same issue.
Please find logs + dxdiag attached.

These seem to be two distinct crashes. I might have a fix for one. Will look into the other one tomorrow.

Could you please give 0.14.3 a try (redownload and reinstall).

0.14.3 didn't do the trick for the Lenovo Y580, I'm afraid.
Please find the new logs attached.
Will test the Acer Aspire 5742G tomorrow.

That's not necessary, thanks.
It would be very helpful if you could run
http://live.sysinternals.com/Procmon.exe, open the filter (Filter > Filter...), select/type: "Process Name" - "begins with" - "Pandora" - "Include" > Add. Then CTRL+X to clear the list, start Pandora and let it crash once. Afterwards save (File > Save) with default settings and attach the file here/upload it somewhere or mail it to
support@proxy-studios.com.
Best regards,
Rok

The Procmon log is too big to attach here (even when zipped).
I sent it to
support@proxy-studios.com

Thanks!
Could you please try closing (killing in process manager) Onekey Theater and/or Broadcom Bluetooth Software (maybe bttray.exe) and check if it helps.

Killing Onekey Theater and Broadcom Bluetooth Software didn't help
Killed all other non-vital processes + services as well, still no luck.
I can make a Procmon log of the Acer Aspire 5742G if you want me to.
Suspect Nvidia-drivers to be part of the problem (and solution).
I will uninstall them on Lenovo Y580, and try without them.
Will install the new driver that was released yesterday (320.18) afterwards.

Acer log could be useful. I highly doubt it has anything to do with graphics drivers.

Thanks a lot for your assistance.
It seems to be Panda Antivirus' fault. Installing it reproduces those exact errors. Killing all related processes and services fixes it.
