Sorry if you are waiting a turn. I've changed my PC. I've managed to install the base game now but struggling to install the expansions, can't work out how to do it.

I had the same trouble before Xmas. This procedure worked for me . . .
"I loaded the game from the beginning again using the Plimus disc (V1.33 purchased in October 2010) - the "Register" box was greyed out. I then added the expansions (by using the discs) in the order that they were released - ROR, SOA, IF (all v1.33), then S+S (v1.40) and then LT (v1.50). It was after loading LT that the "Serials" box appeared on my screen and it was working (it showed me as having registered the base game and the 4 serials) - the "Register" box was still greyed out. So then I downloaded the 1.81 patch from the Matrix site - I first tried to use the "Update" function in the game itself but it would not work - I got the message "Sorry, could not load update (could not resolve host)".
Once I had successfully downloaded the patch from Matrix I was then able to enter my serial numbers for "EE", "D+F" and the "BPK". So I am up and running again."

I don't have any discs. I downloaded everything originally. Support gave link to the base game and I've updated to the latest version. Perhaps I need links to all the expansions as well? Bit of a pain.

To get your serial numbers . . .
"Login at the Slitherine home page (link from Slitherine logo at top for the home page). Then click on the My Page option in the drop down menu under "Resources". This isn't shown in the forum but is on the Slitherine home page. All of your registered serial numbers are listed on "My Page".

Don't worry, cromlechi. But do you lose your previous games including the match with me?

My games are there still, but i do not know if I can play them as I do not have the expansions with the correct armies. I have emailed support still waiting for a reply.

Just enter the serial numbers for the expansions for the game at the start screen. You don't need to download anything besides updating your game to the current patch level.

I can't see any where to enter serials. If I click update it says latest version installed. The other options are just normal menu options.

Take a look at this thread

I do not see a 'register serials' button on my screen. There is a register button which takes me to the Matrix website. I have registered the expansions there but it makes no difference to the game. I still only have the best game. Thanks for advice though, I will keep trying. Adam

Resolved! Once you register on the Matrix site they have a link to downloads of the expansions mysteriously called 'press review' copies.

I give up, it's won't let me download some expansions as it says I need to register, yet the other screen says they are registered the site even give me a list of my serials. This is nuts, good job I have time off work.

Assuming you're running on PC, the "splash" screen programs that then load the main FieldOfGlory.exe program are called autorun.exe and fog.exe. Either of these should give you an option to register serials/army packs. HAve y ou looked to seee if you have either of those and tried them to see if you get the option? (I don't use the MAC so don't know if things are set up similarly there.) If you're still not having any luck, you should post in the tech support forum since Slitherine people are more likely to look there and help.

Hi Chris, I've tried all this. It takes a day or two to get a reply from Slitherine and they seem to miss the point. I am going to try emailing Plimus direct.
