Cheat code

I'm just begining, and have only been playing for a couple of months, and I found a kind of cheat code that works for multiplayer games, quite by accident I might add. Don't know if everyone knows about it or not? Just one of those secerts us rookie's have to find out. I would like to see it fixed if poss.
