The official Runners and Riders Northern Doubles Round Two

Whilst I don't want to steal the thunder of that handsome and debonair chap shown in the picture on the other thread, the runners and riders for this Sundays Competition at Sheffield Triples are:

Alan Cole and Paul Carter Later Mykenaean, Trojan War (Achaian)
Andrew and Jayne Martin Qin Chinese
Andy and Kev Ellis Classical Indian
Dave Hutchby and Dave Elks Later Sicilian
Marco Baroni and Ian Douglas Later Seleukid
Paul Johnston and Paul Dawson Auxumite
Peter and Richard Butler 100 HYW English (Continental)
Phil Powell and Paul Longmore Han Chinese
Phil Steele and Chris Ager Condotta Italian
Dave Hoey and Andy McKay Jewish Revolt
Dave Ruddock and Dave Eltringham Bedouin Dynasties
A good mix of armies. For the first time in ages, all submitted armies were legal. Although two teams did manage to get their own army name wrong
Mentioning no names [cough] powell [cough] Nice to see a load of rubbish armies on the table - I'm sure everybody will have fun.
The brightest amongst you will have noticed we only have 13 teams. We will provide a spare army and if any team wishes to split, please get in contact with Colin, Geoff or Myself ASAP. It would be much appreciated.

If people would rather not split then I am fine with not coming as I am the only billy no mates.

Well rob im now coming on my own our Kevin cant make it up from london so if nobody wants to split i will drop out, im still coming up to the show anyway tomorrow will bring my Indians and shall take it from there,

You go and play seeing as your going to be there anyway.
I'm more than happy to give it a miss as I'm away in Birmingham playing next weekend.

Rob your quite welcome to team up with me if you fancy the Indians i just want to try them for Britcon maybe. I dont get much practice so would not want to go to Britcon with the wrong choice.
