Ok, I have looked throughout the manual and the FAQ thread and cant find anything that allows me to bring up the entire scenario briefing ingame. Is there a way to do this?

If you want to see scenario briefing in the middle of the scenario, then just open Messages window (round button with speech ballon in the UI sidebar) and you will see it. Alternatively, you can use Ctrl+M hot key.
