LEGION ARENA not downloading

I bought Legion Arena awhile ago and it worked fine but recently I tried to download it again but on my new computer and after a certain point(same point in each attempt) the download would stop and it would say that it is not working so what should I do any ideas what the problem would be there are no apparent scratches to the game disc, and it worked before just not recently. Also I have not seen this game anywhere recently so I dont even know where to get a new one so I would prefer to figure out a way to fix the disc, any ideas.
