i have 6 serial numbers and when i press generate your coupon code nothing happens. slitherine is highlighted and when i press button it is highlighted with dashs around it. any ideas thank you.

Welcome.
Please try with a different Internet browser besides your default one, and check if there's any difference.

Could you post a screenshot? I'm sorry, but I'm not really understanding with what you mean with dashes around it.
