Allied Tutorial Notes

To facilitate introduction to the game to new players new tutorial is included in Allied Corps. This time it was placed in historical setting, it is fully integrated in the campaign so you can continue campaign from it. Borders of it and the rest of the content are blurred. In first beta only one campaign entry point is included but in the next one there will be several entry points by years 1940-44.
