Hi,

If I understand correctly you should get your first hero when the unit gets about 200 kills. I have a unit with more than 200 kills. Is this a bug.

I am not sure about the exact amount of kills needed to be able to get a hero but whatever it is it's not a fixed marker where you will get the hero. It's more a threshold from where on every kill has a chance to award you a hero. So if you are unlucky it may take a while until you get the hero.

If you're playing the GC, you're probably going to live with that firs hero for a loooooong time (before the second comes around, that is). If you're looking for something in particular--like the very useful M +1 for an infantry unit, or the devastating R +1 for artillery--run several of these units early on, while they're cheap, and cycle them in and out of the fighting.

Yeah I've gotten movement +1 on 3 units now. 1 artillery, 1 mtn infantry and 1 pioneer infantry. Can you get movement +3. Holly crap that would be insane.
