I ve gotten on boat 10 brittish units to land in France and the Production Points decreased to -1900 in 1943... why the transpot's fee are too expensive????? ..That is extremely weird and unhistorical... Plus I ve done the same with 5 Ameican Units and America's PP got to -800 !!! The diff level is Minor Axis...!

Invasion capacity is limited. You pay PPs for every point that exceeds your capacity. This simulates the importance of landing craft in an abstract way. When you land units in friendly hexes or in a port, you won't pay any PPs.
