After experienced the Italy surrender by losing a rail station , I thought of a small change : Is it possible to adjust the Axis troop in Italian rail station won't retreat as they stay in a city ?

I like as it is now. Italians weren't tough fighters. You can defend rail depots (put more units there) against parachute. But the fact is that Italy surrendered when Allies begin to threat their homeland and the same happenes in the game.
