In case nobody answers your question, I figure releasing the GC Mega Pack will be first and foremost, and that is set for 23 April, and the current release date for Allied Corps is 6 June (! ) Should be enough for an educated guess, so make your basic preparations (defrag that hard drive!) and report in sick/cancel all your appointments as soon as that email comes in.

BTW, the Lordz of the Games Studio site has some additional info on the game and there are some unit artworks already on display:

I also have a small question about the upcoming beta, will it have its own, separate, game-forum or will it be coupled with the Panzer Corps forum? Just curious...

I didn't see it anywhere, but I wanted to ask if Allied Corps is going to live with the rest of Panzer Corps like Afrikakorps did, or will it be a completely separate standalone? I'm hoping for the former.

Thanks for the link. Yeah, I am always looking toward the future with the Panzer Corps games, and am excited about the Allied Corps game. Like you, I doubt the June 6 date is very concrete, but hopefully beta testing will start soon!

Someone could answer if the eqp file of Allied Corps will be compatible with PzCorps?

If you're looking for something to warm you up in the meantime, I highly suggest Maelstrom's Allied Campaign. It's great.

- We hope to start the beta somewhere in the second half of April.

- Allied Corps will integrate into Panzer Corps, just like Africa does, if installed on top of existing Panzer Corps installation. It can also be installed standalone.

- Allied Corps will share equipment file with Panzer Corps, and will share Multiplayer with it too. We don't want our community of players fragmented, so people owning PzC will be able to accept challenges from AC, and vice versa.

At this point I'm not sure how the forums will be organized.

Thanks for the reply and good news! Will there be a main game, like Panzer Corps, and then DLC content in Allied Corps? Allied Corps East 41; Allied Corps West 43, etc? Also, it would seem easy enough to build a "Pacific Corps" off the same engine, perhaps even through Allied Corps, eh?
