Firstly congratulations on a good port to the iOS platform. I've never played the PC version but I'm certainly enjoying the game.

Just one question regarding notifications.

I see that when a city increases its population you see the name banner turn light blue which is good.

But is there a similar indicator / notification when a city has completed what it was building? The reason I ask is I find myself having to check in each city every turn to see if the building is complete so I can start construction of something else and it's a very laborious task that bogs the game down.

Am I missing something?

IIRC all buildings always complete in the spring of the year. So that should help reduce the checking you need to do I believe that the initial Welcome message contains some information to that effect.
