Hi,
This is a message for the forum administrator.
I have had to create another account so I could post this message. I am unable to log in to the forum using my original account getting the message:
It was not possible to convert your password when updating this bulletin board’s software. Please request a new password. If you continue to have problems please contact the Board Administrator.

I have tried emailing the board administrator 3 time but no reply has come back so I have resorted to this as I am not sure how else to get in touch to sort this problem out.
I have tried changing passwords etc but I keep getting the above message coming up all the time. Because of this I am unable to participate in the Pandora Beta which I have a serial number to do.

Can anyone from Slitherine help?

Sorry to hear about your login issue.
Send a mail to support[at]slitherine.co.uk stating your issue and with your account details (username and email). We will reset your password and check if everything is fine for you to login again.
