Title says most : in the editor I can access the countries "at start" tech levels in a scenario, but whatever I edit is not saved, even if I save the scenario file ! As soon as I go to the next country the changes are gone ...

You have to hit return after you enter the number - its annoying - if you just move from the slot it won't "stick"

Ooh did try 5 times but used tab key ...
