A new Southeastern Solomons scenario coming soon for Amaris' incredible Naval Academy Campaign... Should be able to complete the full scenario in about four weeks (hopefully to coincide with Amaris' NAM v3 release - incl. ports, airfields, Ha Go and Chi Ha tanks, improved engineers, mortars, etc - and probably most players upgrading to the next version of BA, if it's released as per forum schedule, March 20th, I think?).

Please click here for more info on Amaris' Naval Academy -> viewtopic.php?f=87&t=40351&p=389549#p389549

1. Aloha Boys! An American fleet lands a powerful marine force onto a beautiful Pacific ocean beach...

NB. There's some strange ghosting that sometimes happens with the ship icons on Mac OSX... They look clean on other systems. We're working on it... Sorry  ... Of course if anyone knows how to work up warship icons in 3D, we want YOU... :D

2. The defenders remain quiet and stealthy, for now... But they're waiting and they're well prepared...

3. The Japanese admiral has hidden his carrier group to the southwest of the island...

4. Welcome to Hell gentlemen... This is Guadalcanal...

5. A southwestern segment of a new 64x64 Southeastern Solomon Islands map... currently in development for Amaris' superb Naval Academy campaign...

Only one island worked up so far, and even Guadalcanal is kinda rough around the edges... but it feels like there's potential here...

Suggestions, corrections, comments, heck even requests, to Amaris' NAM link above please...

Now I don't know if you want anymore geographical info but historically there some rivers on the island. I'd love to see the Americans forge that with some MGS waiting on the other side 8)

I strongly suggest though, that if those are the only American troops, that there should be more. Knowing from personal experience with the gjs44 dieppe dlc the small amount of troops made that match not as fun. It didn't make it very historical as well

Well if they made it historically, then it would be the Germans beating down the Allies every single time. As for the troops, expect Commonwealth troops in the bunch

As already mentioned this project is on alpha to test the gameplay and resolve the bugs (mostly on ipad )

And as an amateur project there really is no ETA. I am regularly behind schedule.

To wait two screenshots from the latest tests:
