1. While a Corps Commander, with a unit, spends 1 CP to move initially, does he require a second CP when making a second move with the unit?

2. p. 27: "A Corps Commander cannot issue CP directly to units other than to move with a unit he is leading." Does this mean he cannot use his inherent 'free' (or one of his actual CP) for a CMT to charge or any other situation where a CP is needed beyond movement in the movement phase?

Page 27 "If a corps commander is leading a unit it may freely turn or reform whilst otherwise remaining stationary. Any other move by a Corps Commander will require the expenditure of a command point"
Sounds like a second move will cost a command point.

His free CMT can be used for a charge test, but he will have to spend a point to charge with the unit. Anytime he moves it costs a CP.
