Stockwellpete has kindly provided the latest rankings updated after season 9.
He's taking a time out from FOG but has given me his records and I'll try to take over from here.

These are the ratings for every player who has entered LOEG in the last 4 seasons. At the end of each season when the new ratings are calculated the oldest season drops out so that the ratings always reflect the most recent performances of all the players. Two lists are compiled. The first list is the main one and it contains everyone who played in the last season of LOEG provided that they have played 25 or more LOEG matches in the past four seasons. The second list is the “lapsed list” which contains players who have played 25 or more LOEG matches in the past four seasons but who did not play at all in the most recent season. Players who have not played 25 LOEG matches in the past four seasons do not qualify for a rating.
