Detailed manual/wiki anywhere?

I have some basic questions about rules mechanics like:
What is the difference between Standing and Crouching? Specifically: is there a movement penalty while Crouching? Is there a movement cost to change stances (between Standing and Crouching)? Does Crouching give you a defensive bonus (vs ranged attacks; or a defensive penalty vs melee attacks)? Does Crouching give you a "stealth" bonus?
Does a soldier automatically enter Overwatch? Does Overwatch cost anything like ammo or "attack actions"? When and how often does Overwatch fire trigger? Is there an accuracy penalty while in Overwatch?
Does using a Med Kit during combat cost Prestige? Can one soldier pick-up a Med Kit and apply it to another soldier?
Is there a reason to complete a mission in fewer turns? Do you earn more Prestige? Will more triggered events, like enemy reinforcments, activate? Can you fail a mission by not completing it within a specific amount of turns?
What, precisely, is the effect of Patton Skills?
This game appears to be a port from a console platform but PC gamers are, usually, more demanding in terms of knowing detailed game mechanics so they can formulate optimal strategies -- especially in a turn-based game.
