Russian national morale in the 1917 scenario is set at 99%. That's not even close to the historical situation. The Russian Army was a very fragile instrument under the Provisional Govt. (post-Czar "republic"), and the failure of the Kerensky Offensive in July sent Russia tumbling over the edge, out of the Great War and into civil war. There are other national morale settings I disagree with in other scenarios, but this one for 1917 Russia is glaring. Is there a way to modify these settings?
