Dragoon's rolling thread

I will continuously update this thread with my impression about the game. I will avoid reading other people threads until I finished my first two games. I don't want become knowingly or unknowing influenced by others opinions and experiences until I made my own.
I will be typing this while playing game. Because of this it will look and sound chaotic as I type whatever just come to my mind. All spelling and grammatically errors (there will be a lot) are placed deliberately for you to find and keep. You're welcome.
To describe myself as CIV player. I'm a builder. I love to build and develop a legacy. Creation over destruction. Usually I rather react to violence than initiate it. At least versus the AI. Exception are when I choose to role play an usurper or just pick a militant faction. However there are exception like in Civ4/5 where going to the first war right away was essential on higher difficulty. If you wanted to survive you had to wiped out the next AI player as soon as possible. But this is violence out of necessity not desire.
Installation
Installation went smooth. Liked the auto-completion for a new set installation path. Convenient if you don't have to create and name new folders. I did not like that saves are stored in ..\user\appdata\.. , I prefer ..\documents\my games\ .
First plus. Game starts in desktop resolution and here comes my first wish. I have a dual display setup. I would love a borderless window option.
Went strait to settings. Switch to windowed mode and my custom resolution of 1792x1008 (my native is 1920*1200).
The background music is good. Not loud or intrusive. The click confirmation ping sound is a bit cheap as in low bit rate. I mean the sound that plays when clicking on Gameplay/Video/Audio tabs, not when clicking on ratio boxes or OK button.
