HAVOC 2013 FOG Tournament April 6th

Announcing a Field of Glory Tournament to be held at Battlegroup Boston's annual gaming convention at Maironis Park in Shrewsbury, Massachusetts on Saturday, April 6th, 2013.

The tournament is to be an 900 point, 15mm, Open with armies allowed from any of the published supplements. We will be using Version 2 of the rules.

There will be three rounds, tentatively starting at 9:00 AM , 1PM, and 7PM. Registration begins at 8:30 AM, and there is table space for a maximum of 16 players.

Loaner armies will be available upon request and all levels of skill are welcome.

I noticed that, too. I'll bet the other players were surprised when the Late Seleucids deployed several BGs of Bow* Lancers.

He did refer to them as Early Byzantine, very early Byzantine.

Surprise is best tactic! :-) Maybe I just had a headache and didn't feel like banging my head against a wall again. Later Seleucids are so much more forgiving, even without Bow* Lancers. Anyway, that won't be a problem at the Dark Age Theme at Historicon. No pikes and only heavy knights. Could be fun.
