Slitherine

In the attached file, the Barracuda Watercraft in hex [43,20] is within the city radius of Laguz [44,23]. The unit can't be moved outside the city radius. If you try, nothing happens. If you try to move to another hex within the city radius, a dialogue box appears with Lady Vermillion asking about peace. If you say no, the dialogue box closes, if you say yes to a cease fire, she replies in the negative and the dialogue box closes. Either way, nothing happens and the same routine starts all over again. The Barracuda can't be moved out of the hex.

Not sure if this had anything to do with the unit not being able to move, but I simply skipped it that turn and the next turn the game gave me an economic victory and none of my units would move.
