If the unit is caught in the flank or rear they drop one morale level at impact, unless the chargers are LH or LI.

What kind of disorder did they suffer?

If it was because of terrain, then the bases automaticly recover from that disorder the moment the bases leave the terrain. The other cause of disorder, elephants and camels also automaticly ceases when you are no longer close enough to them.

It would appear that your pursuing unit, unless affected by ele/camel or terrain, would have no disorder to effect it when it got charged. You dont get disorded by being out distanced in a pursuit, But it would suffer a disruption as vsolfronk mentioned which get recovered the usual way via rallying.

hope this helps.

cheers

If they were hit by enemy their evade was not succesful. And evaders caught by enemy always count as being charged in flank/rear no matter where they get hit. This would normally disrupt them, unless battle troops caught by lights.

Pursuing does not disorder or disrupt a BG.
