if a unit of skirmishers evades successfully a charging unit do they get a shot of before they run

Those that move in the impact phase cannot shoot.

so if they pass the cmt and stand they can before the impact or do i add the to the dice

I was going to add this. Skirmishers do not get to shoot in the impact phase. LF as part of battle troops are not skirmishers, they do. If you stand (if you are allowed to) you are going to get hurt.
