Game quits after selections in Windows 8

Also my purchase of Africa Corps has disappeared. How do I get it back?

Sorry you are having problems. Can you give us more details on the exact issue and your full system specs. The game runs fine on Windows 8 so it is likely some other issue.

After I select the scenario, side to play and level, when I click to play the game window vanishes and I'm back to the small start up Panzers window.

Also my Africa Corps vanished and I cannot find it. How do I redownload it?

When I try to update I get a message "failed to extract project file to memory" and 'Failed to load update data file."

Uninstall Panzer Corps from your Windows. After uninstalling it, check if the folder where the game was installed, still have any file left, and delete them.
Install in first place Panzer Corps. Next install Afrika Korps.
Use the original installers to install both games. If you don't have them anymore, mail your order details to support@slitherine.co.uk and we will provide you new downlolad links.
