I just finished in november 1916...in the previos it was until may or june 1917.
I played as allies so after 2 turns the germans had -20 to morale due to atacking my cruisers with their battleships in the GB home waters.
Germany was the first country to surrender after i taken konisberg and then Berlin with the russians and then as a domino AH, Bulgaria and the ottoman empired sued for peace.
Well it was a great game...but after all you should check this pacth in multiplayer, this is what i will do after the final patch will come.
Great work guys, the game its awesome.

I have seen the same thing with the german navy - early throws itself at the british navy and is eliminated very early - also the german navy never protects the swedish convoys - entente player can destroy every convoy if so inclined
