I'm preparing tournament in Paris and in my army list there is a part which says special campaign. Are we authorised to use it in a tournament or it's only to play a game between friends, for instance was it authorised in BRITCON.

It is authorised unless the tournament organiser says it isn't.

Hi Olivier ,

if it's in your army list and you want to play a special period or campaign it's as you want , I like historical armies as you know ;
so if you want to play the skythian campaigns , or elamites campaigns in Iran I can only say ok ;
after all we 're testing Field of Glory ;
