How come there are no scenarios listed in that area. Did not there be some there in the past?

Can you be more specific please. If you have downloaded a scenario then it will not show up in the list. If the game cannot download from the internet then the list will also be empty.

Fixed..my router was going bad and giving me bad connections to many web sites but not all...this one was a bad one.
